Rutgers offense just hasn't been consistent enough for me to feel they could compete in this one. Maryland has had A slight slump but they've competed against the good teams rather than laying A goose egg they kept games close by covering in their last two. Maryland offense will be the difference here. I'm on Maryland ML to seal the win on the road.
