Ok this match up.

Win/Loss: 7-3 (WF) / ATS: 6-3-1 (WF) / Over/Under 5-5 (Even)

I believe WF basketball team this season. They lost to LOU and DUKE recently but rebounded back by beating PITT, a tough away match up. Prior to that they had 6 game winning steak which was dominant wining series including Stanford. Stanford winning streak was snatched by SMU. As they are dominant at home 12-1, I have to take the spread. With +3 point spread, I am comfortable picking WF to keep the game close and maybe Stanford has a shot to win but not with +3 in my opinion. Expect a close game with the 3 point spread is a safe bet, Expect to cash in.
