I'm not sold that NC State will cover this spread full game, but the Wolfpack have shown a history of covering in the first half and are 2-0 ATS in this early season.  Look for them to jump on the Red Raiders early to have at least a seven-point lead by halftime.  Poor decisions by TT's QB should play a role in this cashing.  Lay the points in the 1st Half.
