That said, I expect the Tide to jump out to an early lead and in that scenario, there is no way Michigan can comeback and we’ll see pick-6’s in an attempt to do so. In the two step-up-in-class games vs Texas and Oregon, this defense allowed 31 and 38 points, losing by 19 and 21 respectively. Those games were with an intact defense and were getting anything but that in this one as there’s a mass exodus from Ann Arbor. Revenge is on the menu as the Wolverines went through both Bama and Washington to win the title and it looks like they’ll get their comeuppance. Roll Tide! Lay the points.
