Joe Musgrove has been the most affected starter since the sticky-substance ban and he just hasn't been the same pitcher in the last five starts expanding the last month.  The Rockies are 5-1 in the last six meetings and Kyle Freeland has pitched well in his last five starts, giving up eight runs in the last twenty-nine innings while dropping his ERA from 9.58 to 4.85.  For the plus money, the value's just too good to pass up on with a team that has a decent shot at taking this game.  Take the Rockies.
