This is a prime pitching matchup where runs are going to be at a premium.  Both of Touki Toussaint's starts this season have stayed under and this game should be no different.  In his last three starts, Toussaint has a 1.32 ERA and 0.73 WHIP and with Corbin Burnes posting both a 0.90 ERA and WHIP in his last three, this should be a game that doesn't make it to seven, let alone 8.5, especially with both bullpens in good form.  Take the Under.
