This is shaping up to be a high-scoring game as both lineups have been smacking the ball around lately and the Over has cashed in the Rays last five games and three out of the Royals last four games.  It will be 100 degrees with the wind blowing out to center at a 17 MPH clip in KC, so if hitters make contact with the ball, said ball should go a long way.  I expect both starters as well as both bullpens to let runs cross the plate enroute to a slugfest of a game.  Take the Over.
