While I don't like laying heavy points in the NFL, there are exceptions and the Ravens are one of them as this should be a lopsided affair.  But the better play is chopping this game in half and backing Baltimore in the first half against a Carolina team starting Baker Mayfield and a run game that has little chance at success against the 3rd-ranked rush D in the NFL.  Putting the ball in Mayfield's hands is a gift and with the Ravens holding a clear advantage as the number 2 run offense going against the 26th-ranked run defense, look for Baltimore to cover the spread in the first half like they have in most of their NFL games this season.  Lay the points in the 1st Half with the Ravens.
