My math model only favors Greensboro by 2.7 points in this game and the Spartans continue to be one of the most overvalued teams in the betting market. The Spartans are just 13-23 ATS over the last two seasons, including 1-10 ATS in their last eleven games overall and 0-6 ATS in their last six games following a loss. Greensboro is also 6-13-1 ATS in its last 20 games versus .499 or worse opposition and 3-14 ATS as a favorite over the last two seasons. First-year head coach Phillip Shumpert has the Aggies’ top two scorers back from last season in senior guard Demetric Horton and redshirt junior forward Marcus Watson. Horton is averaging 11.4 points per game on 48.6% shooting from three-point territory and is joined in the backcourt by sophomore Kam Woods, who averaged 10.3 points per game at Troy in 2020-21 before leaving for Northwest Florida State College. The talented sophomore leads the team in scoring with 16.0 points and 3.0 assists per game. Watson is joined in the frontcourt by UC Irvine transfer Austin Johnson, who led the Big West Conference in blocks (61) and ranked 23rd nationally in blocks per game. Johnson leads the Aggies in both rebounds (7.9) and blocks per game (1.4). Grab the points with North Carolina A&T and invest with confidence.
