This line is low, I love Rutgers all day at -2 and was expecting them to be -4.5 on the road vrs Northwestern.  I think the books have undervalued them from the fact there are comning in off 3 losses to solid teams.  But I do not think that Northwesern is the same caliber.  The Rutgers Scarlet Knight's are 4-2 ATS and  while Nothwestern is filing to cover sitting 1-4 in their last 5.  Look for Rutgers to win and cover with a lean to the over in this one!
