Rutgers heads into the contest 1-2 straight up over the last 3 against Penn State, but 3-0 ATS. Scarlet Knights overall shooting 68th in DIV 1 at 46%, but struggle badly from the free throw line only making 57.1%. Penn State one of the better 3-point shooting teams in the Big 10, still have issues from the floor limiting offensive production.
