Sheldon Creed won the inaugural Truck Series race on the Daytona Road Course last season and will start Friday's race from the 5th position. Creed led 19 of the 46 laps around the 3.610 mile road course in the only race of it's kind in 2020. John Hunter racing full time for KBM in 2021, and arguably brings a ton of road course racing experience to the team. Nemechek has 3 top 10 finishes, 2 top 5s at Bowmanville in his career which is the only other road course the series has been on in the last few years. I do expect Creed and Nemechek to have a great battle here, but we are getting big value on John Hunter take him to come out ahead on Friday night.
