The New York Yankees need to win this game to have any chance of winning this series. They get a break with McCullers being out and the Astros being forced to go with Cristian Javier, a guy who hasn't pitched in almost two weeks and has just 7.1 innings under his belt this month overall. Gerrit Cole was brought to New York for this very reason, and he's allowed just 10 hits and 3 runs in his first 13.1 postseason innings this season. I'm honestly surprised that the Yankees are this cheap of a favorite. I really like the Yankees in this spot.
