I'm assuming CJ McCollum will play considering he's been cleared, but even if he needs more time for conditioning, the Pelicans win at home by an average of 7.8 points while shooting 49.1 percent from the field. The Pels also win in the favorite role by an average of 8.4 points. The Raptors aren't as good on the road this season. Give me the Pelicans at home in this game.
