Take Notre Dame The Irish have been shaky in their first two games of the season narrowly escaping Florida State and Toledo to get to 2-0. This is a pretty decent Purdue team Notre Dame will be facing but I'm expecting their best effort of the season from Notre Dame in this game. Their talent isn't the question but their execution has been lacking. Their two biggest issues have been the play of the offensive line and limiting the big play on defense. Last week they utilized Buchner at QB to go along with Coan and Buchner's running ability helped spring the running game. However, I believe they correct the issues they have along the O-line this week and are able to run and pass. Keep in mind they were going off a short week of preparation last week against Toledo. I expect a much more focused and better Notre Dame team on Saturday afternoon. Lay the points with the Irish.
