The Nats blew a 2 run lead in the 9th costing us a win but we will get that back with the over in today's game.  Both teams have lousy bullpens and both were used extensively in yesterday's game.  I also believe we see a lot of each team's bullpen in today's game with Fedde (4.87 ERA on season, 6.57 ERA last 3 starts) on the mound for Washington and Moore (6.23 ERA on season, 8.27 ERA at home) on the mound for Philadelphia.  I realize that both of these teams have struggled to hit with runners in scoring position this season but the pitching in this game will be so poor that it will go over the posted total.
