Washington was whipped last week by the Eagles and the Cowboys survived the Giants.  Washington QB Wentz was sacked a ton last week by his former team.  Much of that is his own doing as he holds on the ball way to long.  The Cowboys do have a good front but they don't have the same type of corners that Wentz saw last week.  Rivera is a good coach and he will make the necessary adjustments for Wentz to get rid of that ball earlier.  I'm not sold on this Cowboys team, and that would be the case even if Prescott was healthy.  I don't think the Cowboys improved in the off season and they have Oline issues.  Washington exposes them this weekend.
