Saint Louis' defense is a tad on the overrated side as the Billikens do concede a lot of open looks to their opponents. Davidson is nowhere near the sharp-shooting team it was last year when it was ranked 4th in the nation in three-point shooting, but the Wildcats are going to get a lot of opportunities tonight and on their home court, this is a great spot to back them in my opinion. Davidson's defense has held up pretty well this season and as long as Davidson does not get crushed on the glass, the Wildcats will be able to compete for the W in this one. Saint Louis' best win on the road this season was at George Washington, which doesn't really impress me much. This is not Steph Curry's Davidson nor is it the 2021-22 Wildcats, but Davidson should be able to earn the outright win on Friday night in front of the home crowd.
