Connecticut Huskies (35-3) vs Alabama Crimson Tide (25-11)

UConn's defense was my one concern going into the NCAA Tourney as I knew the Huskies' guards could score like nobody's business, but the shot quality defensive numbers were a bit scary. UConn's defense has been more than dominant in the NCAA Tournament, however, and I am no longer worried. UConn has held each of its four opponents to under 60 points and that includes a potent offense in Illinois. Illinois was top-10 in adjusted offensive efficiency basically all season, and somehow UConn was able to go on an insane 30-0 run in that blowout W. I have to give UConn's defense its flowers, and I think even against another potent offense in Alabama, the Huskies will be just fine defensively. I like the under here as I don't think UConn will fall into the trap of making this game a track meet. UConn is a slower team offensively and I think the 12-point favorite dictates the pace here. This is way too many points, so give me the under.
