The price we are getting with Arizona is too good to pass up here. Means was excellent in his season debut but he was horrific in his rehab starts and his season debut was vs. Cincinnati, the team ranked near or right at dead last in the league vs. LHP in a lot of important hitting metrics in the last few weeks. The Dbacks are a great lineup vs. lefties and while they did not do too much damage vs. Irvin, we still saw them have plenty of chances in that game with 8 men left on base and 7 at-bats with RISP. Nelson has pitched better on the road in his career and I like the fact that his chase rate is high, as the O's also have a high chase rate offensively and that may lead to weak contact. Nelson does a good job at limiting free passes and I think if he can put together 5-6 decent innings of four-run ball or less, the Dbacks will have a shot in the end. Arizona has most of its best arms available out of the bullpen and I think the price is right here. Give me Dbacks ML.
