Tampa Bay Rays (59-61) vs Arizona Diamondbacks (69-53)

The Dbacks have won behind Gallen but Gallen himself hasn't been as dominant or ace-level as we are used to seeing. In July Gallen carried an ERA above 5.00 and so far in August Gallen has conceded 13 hits and four walks in just 11.1 innings (1.500 WHIP) with only seven strikeouts to go with it. Gallen left his last start with a minor injury and even in that game, although he only conceded one run, Philadelphia was starting to make very sharp contact against him and it looked like the Phillies were ready to strike at any moment. The Rays' offense woke up for five runs last night and after the crucial walk-off victory, I think we continue to see the Rays play with some energy. Fairbanks blew the save on Friday but I still trust in him and this Rays' bullpen in the end as it owns a 2.07 ERA in the last 30 days. Give me the Rays ML at The Trop.
