San Diego Padres (71-55) vs Minnesota Twins (70-55)

I don't really trust either starter in this matchup and on a windy day in SD, I think the over is in play. Waldron is not in good form and has conceded 5+ runs in three of his last four starts. Woods Richardson has been worse on the road this year and has also been a bit shaky in his last five games. Though Woods Richardson put together a solid outing on paper last start in Texas, he only had one strikeout and gave up a ton of sharp contact as the Rangers had a steep xBA. Both of these offenses have been strong vs. RHP in the 2nd half of the season and we saw the fireworks offensively yesterday in a back-and-forth game. I like both bullpens, but the Twins' pen owns a steep ERA in the last month and blew the game last night. The Padres' pen will be without its top two arms in Suarez and Scott as both pitched Mon/Tues in this series. Like I mentioned before, the weather looks beneficial to the hitters as it is an afternoon game with 11+mph winds blowing out to right-center field. Give me the over here.
