The Brewers were extremely fortunate on Saturday as every bounce went their way in a 9-5 win. Despite the lopsided score, the xBA for the two teams was lopsided in the opposite direction as the A's led that .315 to a measly .183. Milwaukee has hit very well with runners in scoring position in this series but I think the luck runs out here as Estes has been special at home this year. Estes has only given up more than three runs in a home start once this season, and while the strength of schedule hasn't necessarily been the toughest, he did face the Dodgers and toss a quality start in an A's win on August 2nd. Montas has pitched well with his new team but he is still very beatable and I like the at-bats that the A's are putting together, making a lot of sharp contact along the way like yesterday's game. I will take the A's ML at plus money.
