On the rundown, I mentioned I wanted to isolate the matchup between the Twins bats and Chris Sale but after further research and seeing the price we are getting with Minnesota at this point, I think the Twins are also a very valuable side here on the ML. Minnesota has been going through it the past few games, but this team is still talented enough to go on a run in this AL Central race. Festa wasn't the sharpest in his last start, but even if he isn't great here, I think his bats are going to back him up. Sale is a lefty who is having a Cy-Young caliber season, but the Twins have hit lefties very well in August and they have a very low strikeout rate vs. LHP in the month, which can be tricky for a strikeout specialist like Sale. The Braves should also be without two of their top 5 relievers in Lee and Johnson, as they both pitched Mon/Tues in this series. Because of the way this series has played out to this point, we are getting an excellent price with the Twins as the market has overreacted. Give me the Twins ML.
