Toronto Blue Jays (66-72) vs Philadelphia Phillies (81-56)

Bassitt has struggled in 2024 but he is still the much better starting pitching option in this game with Phillips owning an ERA and xERA in the 5.00s. The Blue Jays have much better numbers offensively vs. RHP in the last 30 days than PHI does, as Toronto ranks in the top 10 in OPS and ISO with a sub-20% strikeout rate. Philadelphia on the other hand ranks 23rd and 20th in OPS and ISO in the same span. When it comes to the bullpens, the Jays have the better ERA and the same xFIP as Philly's in the last 30 days. The Jays are at home and the Phillies are coming off an emotional series win capped off by a walk-off win on Sunday night. Give me the Blue Jays ML here.
