I think this game is going to be high-scoring, as Patrick Mahomes may be dealing with a high ankle sprain but the total for this game remains a steep 48.5. Both teams will have their big moments on the offensive side of things, but in the end, I like KC to win this game and punch its ticket to the Super Bowl. The Bengals are now playing their second-straight road game and will have to get through the two toughest places to play in the NFL in my opinion. Cincinnati handled the pressure with ease last week against Buffalo, but overall the Bengals were far better at home than on the road, and the home vs. road splits still really concern me. Whether it be points per game for or allowed, or yards per game for or allowed, the Bengals were far worse on the road and I can't trust them at Arrowhead at this kind of price. The Chiefs are being overlooked because of the Mahomes injury but I think KC will be more than fine offensively in the end. Give me the Chiefs in what could be an NFL classic game remembered for years.

Ron’s Pick Kansas City Chiefs: -120
