Cincinnati Bengals (0-0) vs Indianapolis Colts (0-0)

The Bengals took a blowout L last week in Chicago but I actually saw some bright spots from the Bengals in that game more so in the first half. Woodside has to do a better job at sensing pressure, but when he had time in the pocket he was actually carving up that Bears secondary and moving the chains often. A few big hits that led to sacks and key interceptions led to the demise of the Bengals in that game, but Cincinnati's backups moved the ball MUCH better than Caleb Williams and the Bears starters in that first half (and the total yard advantage in that first half is proof). I think if the Bengals can clean up the turnovers and the penalties, they will have much better luck this time around. The Colts are giant favorites because their starters will play for at least the first quarter while the Bengals' starters will not. I don't think Jason Bean and Kedon Slovis are great options at QB for Indy in the 2nd half of this game and even Sam Ehlinger has not impressed me. I think the Bengals have a realistic shot at winning this game outright as I think Woodside takes strides in this one, but I will gladly take the 6.5 points as I think this game is decided by a field goal or less.
