Following a loss to USC on Saturday, Washington State will get back on track here and get some in-state bragging rights against a Washington team riding a five-game SU slide, going 2-3 ATS. The Cougars have taken the last three meetings with the Huskies SU, and the last four ATS. This includes a late-January, 77-62 thumping. There’s a huge edge for Washington State here as they possess a feisty defense and are far superior on both the offensive and defensive boards. Washington runs with mostly guards and does not have the big men to compete in the paint in this matchup. They also have just one offensive threat in Quade Green. WSU has six big men to rotate and a tandem of double-digit scoring guards in Bonton and Williams (30.9 PPG, 7.3 RPG, 6.3 APG, and 3.5 SPG combined).
