Fargo's MLB Afternoon Triple Play (+$2,540 Run)

This is a play on the CINCINNATI REDS as part of our MLB Afternoon Triple Play. The Reds had a decent start to the season but then muddled through a 4-17 stretch as the offense averaged 2.8 rpg over that awful run. Since then, they have gone 11-3 to make some of it back and have more than doubled their scoring output, averaging 5.8 rpg. The Cubs came storming out of the gates, starting the season 17-8 but have gone 14-25 since then including a recent 4-11 stretch. They are now two games under .500 which has them tied with the Reds and Cardinals for second place in the National League Central. Chicago is 13-20 on the road, losing seven of its last eight. Ben Brown has had a great rookie season as he opened with six consecutive starts of allowing three runs or less but he did not make it through five innings in four of those. This is the time teams could be figuring him out and he is coming off his worst outing as he allowed five runs over five innings and it happened to come against this same hot Reds offense. He has a 4.22 xERA so more negative regression is expected. Andrew Abbott meanwhile is having a fantastic season as he has a 3.39 ERA and 1.15 WHIP through 12 starts which comes after a solid rookie campaign. He has a 3.11 xERA and is ranked in the 86th percentile in xERA, xBA and hard-hit rate. 10* (906) Cincinnati Reds
