The Louisiana Tech Bulldogs will travel to Coleman Coliseum to take on the 14th ranked Alabama Crimson Tide and I’m going to be all over the Under 153.0 tonight.

Louisiana Tech is a solid team after finishing last season with an impressive 24-8 record which was largely due to a solid defense that held opponents to an average of 65.4 ppg on just 40.3% shooting from the field. The Bulldogs have a bunch of experience that should be able to handle the Alabama fast-paced offense, and I think the Bulldogs will implement a slower pace on the offensive end.

Alabama was able to average almost 80.0 ppg last season, however, this is a team that did lose it’s two top scorers. The Crimson Tide brought in some solid talent through the transfer portal, however, this is a team that relied heavily on the three-pointer which could spell trouble against a Louisiana Tech that defended the three-pointer well last season.

Under is 5-2 in the Bulldogs last 7 games as a road underdog.

I generally feel that offenses need a few games to get going, especially in the case when a high-profile team loses a large % of their scoring from the previous season. Both Louisiana Tech and Alabama are solid defenses and as I think this game is not nearly as high scoring as expected, I think the Under crushes in this one. Good Luck!
