The Pepperdine Waves will travel to the Lawlor Events Center to take on the Nevada Wolf Pack this Tuesday night and I like Nevada to cover this large home spread.

Pepperdine comes into this game on a 4-game losing streak and has really struggled offensively this season as the Waves come into this game ranked 310th in scoring offense, 285th in FG%, & 219th in three-pointers made per game.

Nevada has had a rough start to their season, however, the Wolf Pack look like they are starting to turn things around after coming off solid 19-point wins against both George Mason & Washington.

The Waves are 13-3 ATS in their last 16 games following a straight tup loss & 18-7-1 ATS in their last 26 games overall. The Wolf Pack are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 home games vs. a team with a losing road record & 9-2 ATS in their last 11 home games.

Pepperdine is not as good as a team that we saw last season and between the fact that the Waves have lost their 2 road games to Rice & UC Irvine by a combined 53 points and that the Nevada offense has been strong, ranking 80th in scoring defense, I think Nevada pulls away in the 2nd half and covers this large home spread.
