Indianapolis Colts -10.5
The Jacksonville Jaguars will travel to Lucas Oil Stadium to take on the Indianapolis Colts and I think the Colts have no trouble winning this one by two TD’s to cover this spread.
Jacksonville is coming off a shocking win against the Buffalo Bills, but I’m not buying into this team yet as they haven’t done anything on the road this season (0-3 record) which includes a recent 31-7 loss at Seattle. Jacksonville has struggled scoring the football this season, averaging just 16.5 ppg and at best with have a less than 100% RB in James Robinson who is dealing with a heel injury.
Indianapolis has won 3 of their last 4 games and have been outstanding offensively as of late, posting over 30+ points in each of their last 4 games. James Taylor is looking like a MVP candidate, while Carson Wentz is quietly putting up a very solid season as he has completed 63.3% of his passes for 2198 yards (257.7 passing yds/g), 17 TD, & 3 INT.
The Jaguars are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games following a straight up win and 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games following a ATS win. The Colts are 4-0 ATS vs. a team with a losing record and are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games overall.
Indianapolis has just a 4-5 overall record, however, this is a team that has been playing very well as of late and as I think Jacksonville regresses here a bit after such a big win last week, I think the Colts blow out the Jaguars in this one and cover this spread.
