I’m honestly done making excuses for Kentucky. I’m fully ready to admit that this just isn’t Kentucky’s year and it’s just not a great team. It’s a team with a bunch of good players that have little cohesion and that’s why it’s not working. Just when you think Kentucky’s turned a corner, the Wildcats fall flat on their face. Example? Kentucky wins back to back games a few weeks ago and then get stomped at home by the same team they face on the road on Tuesday in the Alabama Crimson Tide. The Tide being ranked in the top-10 is no fluke as Nate Oats has this team playing phenomenal basketball and not that they care, but they’re a bettors dream, covering numbers left and right and barely missed out on another one thanks to a backdoor covers by Mississippi State last time out. Kentucky wants revenge, but I also want a million dollars to land in my bank account whenever I snap my fingers. We don’t always get what we want. Alabama won by 20 on the road at Rupp Arena, I think they can cover this number against Kentucky at home. Give me Alabama and lay the points as my premium pick for this game.
