Anyone who has followed me from a college hoops standpoint knows that when I see Saint Peter’s on the board, I’m normally bakcing the under and this is no different. Saint Peter’s is the mid-major’s answer to Virginia, not from a defense standpoint but just low-scoring games. The two times that Saint Peter’s went over the number, was against Providence and St. John’s, two teams above the Peacocks’ punching weight. However, teams like VCU, Long Island, Quinnipiac and Siena who are on Saint Peter’s level from a scoring standpoint, you ride that under like a horse to the winner’s circle. Give me the under against a Saint Francis (BK) squad that has scored 59 or less in five of their eight games so far this season.
