I’m on Nebraska here. Home court continues to be a huge edge and a profitable ATS angle to back in Big Ten play and if you need proof of that, look no further than Nebraska, who is 8-0 SU/ATS in conference home games this season and are 14-4 ATS at home this season as well as 11-3 ATS as a home favorite. The Cornhuskers have three straight home wins by double figures and 5 of their last 7 wins at home in conference have been by double-digits as well. Rutgers is a defense-first and sometimes defense-only team, but at a certain point you have to be able to outscore the other team and while Rutgers beat on Michigan at home, the bulk of Rutgers’ losses on the road have been big ones, like 28 points at Purdue, 11 at Minnesota, 23 at Illinois, 18 at Michigan State as well as 9 at Iowa allowing 86 points. I still believe this is the best team that Fred Hoiberg has had in Lincoln since taking the Nebraska job back in 2020. Give me Nebraska here.
