I get that Norfolk State’s one of the best in the MEAC, but with that reputation normally comes inflated lines and that’s what we’ve seen with Norfolk State home and away this season. The last time Norfolk was a dog, they won and covered. They’ve been favored in each of their 9 games since, and have gone 0-9 ATS, including a 9-point loss at Maryland-Eastern Shore. Has it been pretty from Maryland-Eastern Shore? Not always, but they’ve shown they can beat Norfolk and getting this many points, I think they can at least compete and keep it within the number.
