One would think Austin Gomber has revenge on his mind against the St. Louis team that traded him for Nolan Arenado in the offseason. Well, St. Louis easily won that deal and now get to face Gomber who has a 1-2 record and a 7.20 ERA on the road while Jack Flaherty has been dynamite for the Cards, going 5-0 this season and the Cardinals have given Flaherty 61 runs of support in his starts this season. Gomber’s road issues combined with Flaherty and his supporting cast just spells doom for Colorado on Friday. Give me the Cards -1.5 here.
