The Houston Astros are flat out rolling right now, splitting with the Yankees last weekend, sweeping the Mets and then winning a big game at home in a makeup spot against New York on Thursday. Now, the Astros get to rest at home, and carry that momentum against an Angels team that has been pretty disappointing despite the names on the roster, and send a pitcher in Michael Lorenzen to the mound who has been terrible on the road this season and in my opinion is still a better batter than pitcher. Cristian Javier goes for the Astros and he’s been solid all year, posting a sub-three ERA overall and an ERA under two at home this season.
