Los Angeles Angels (42-57) vs Texas Rangers (44-54)

I’m not going to be president of the Glenn Otto fan club anytime soon, but simply put, the Angels can’t catch a break right now and just look like they’ve given up. Chase Silseth goes for the Angels here and he’s bounced in and out of the Angels’ rotation, partially because of injury and partially because he hasn’t been able to cut it. I think we’re going to see more of the same from Silseth against a Rangers team that’s catching the Angels at the right time and don’t be surprised when the Angels blow the team up and make moves in the coming weeks. Otto’s been respectable on the road with a 3.57 ERA and I think that number will go down after a solid outing against the Halos so give me Texas at a nice price in this one.
