Brooklyn Nets (13-11) vs Boston Celtics (18-5)

I get the case to be made for either side in this rivalry game, but while the Nets have likely had this game circled after being swept by the C’s in the playoffs last year, the reality is that the dominance was going on before that as the Celtics have won 7 straight against Brooklyn, going 6-1 ATS in those 7 meetings and covering the last 4 meetings in Brooklyn. Boston also leads the NBA in adjusted net rating, outscoring teams by 8.6 points per 100 possessions with a league best 121.9 points per 100 possessions on offense. The Celtics also lead the NBA in road net rating and I just don’t feel like stepping in front of them right now. I’ll give the Nets credit for turning it around a bit since the Steve Nash firing, but the Celtics are still one of the NBA’s best. They’ve also covered 7 in a row on the road against division opponents. Give me the Celtics here.
