Iowa has mad small improvement offensively but I still don't think it's enough to cover here. Penn State has the advantage in the trenches along with A much superior balanced offensive attack. Defensively Penn State has seen much better offenses early on in the season and they've looked stout so far. I'm on Nitty Lions at home here -14. Good luck and let's cash on the books!
