At this point, Madison Bumgarner is an automatic fade until further notice.  In his three starts, he's given up 6, 5 and 6 runs and there's not a hint him turning his play around.  With an 0-2 record, 11.20 ERA and 2.20 WHIP, it looks like he's on his last legs as a Major League starter, although he has a massive contract that will keep him toeing the mound.  Stephen Strasburg got rocked in his last start, but should bounce back and get enough run support with Nationals batters hitting at a .273 clip and have won back-to-back games for the first time this season.  Look for Washington to notch a third-straight win under their belt and win by multiple runs.  Take the Nationals on the Run Line.
