I'm avoiding taking the White Sox full game because I don't like what I'm seeing out of their bullpen and the fact that Oakland's on a 4-game winning streak and have won seven of their last eight, but I think they'll have a lead at the end of five.  Paul Blackburn's play has fallen off a cliff, giving up 21 runs in a three-game stretch and I'm banking on him allowing more runs to cross the plate.  Jhonny Cueto has pitched well enough to limit runs against the A's, so I'll take the home team in this one through five.  Take CWS Run Line in the 1st Five Innings.
