This is a National TV Game, so look for the bad Kirk Cousins to rear his ugly head.  It all boils down to turnovers and with Cousins, he'll give the opponent opportunities to takeaway the football.  The Cowboys secondary should handle this passing game and with all the hype about Minnesota's comeback win, the value falls squarely with Dallas, especially after blowing a 14-point lead in the fourth quarter in Green Bay.  Dak Prescott isn't known for being loose with the ball and with them establishing the run, it will open up the passing game and he'll have open men down the field.  Look for Big D to bounce back in a big way with a win and cover.  Lay the number with the Cowboys.
