The Bucs should be well-rested coming off their bye and that can only help Tom Brady and this offense.  Even with weather in this one, the Bucs should move the ball through the air and if they commit to it, the run as well going against Cleveland's 24th-ranked run defense.  Jacoby Brissett is still the QB and as long as he is, this team will make mistakes offensively.  This is a mistake-prone Browns team on both sides of the ball and I expect Tampa Bay to take advantage.  Lay the points.
