I can understand why you don't want to get behind James Paxton, as he's pitched just 21.2 innings since 2020. However, Adam Wainwright has been dealing with injuries this year as well, and he's pitched just 5 innings this season where he got rocked by the Tigers. Battle of the two injured pitchers, this is a case of getting the much better team at home in a pick em price. The Cardinals have easily been the biggest disappointment up to this point, while the Red Sox have won 9 of their last 11 games and are tearing the cover off the ball offensively. Give me the Sox.
