Matt Harvey is on the hill in this game for the Orioles.  He's been very good over his last 3 starts with an ERA of just 3.45.  However, for me that means he's due for a bad outing.  Harvey's ERA on the season is 6.65 and on the road is 6.56.  We are going to see some regression from Harvey against the Tigers who are playing decent baseball right now in spite of their record on the season.  Over the last 7 games the Tigers are hitting .260.  Skubal will be getting the start for the Tigers.  Skubal doesn't have numbers that jump out at you but he's been consistent and at home his ERA is just 3.54.  This Orioles team is hitting just .228 on the road.  Back the home Tigers on the run line for plus money.
