Rice's offense is underrated and Louisiana is a program that accomplished a lot under Billy Napier but is at the beginning of a rebuild. Louisiana will be on the road for the first time this season while Rice gets another home game after the blowout win in the home opener. Rice threw three pick-6s against USC which is a combination of mistakes and bad luck, but the offense sharpened up last week and the run game should pave the way to a strong showing. Rice's defense should be able to put some pressure on Louisiana's VERY young OL. I think Rice has a shot at an outright upset win and the Owls have been up against far tougher already this season. Give me the Owls plus the double-digits at home.
