We are taking a shot with the Mariners here, as I think the Mariners win the series over a division rival. Yusei Kikuchi has pitched really well this season and although the Astros hit lefties hard, Kikuchi shut them out in his last start against Houston. Kikuchi went 7.0 innings of no-run ball with seven strikeouts and only one hit allowed. On the other side, Jake Odorizzi has struggled in his most recent outings. The Astros have lost three of the last five Odorizzi starts and Odorizzi himself has allowed seven earned runs in his last 8.0 innings of work against the Rangers and White Sox. I think the Mariners take advantage of a struggling starter and Seattle finds a win at home to put themselves within a 0.5 game of the American League Wild Card spot.
