This is a mismatch in all facets of the game, in my opinion. You have one of the best pitchers in the MLB in Shohei Ohtani who has even better numbers pitching at home, facing a starter in Cole Irvin who is not in good form at all and has an ERA above 5.00 on the road. The Angels have been fantastic against LHP in the last month owning the 4th ranked team OPS and 2nd best isolated power numbers. LAA is also limiting strikeouts at the dish and has a very low BABIP during this time, which suggests there may be even more positive regression for this team offensively vs. LHP. The Angels' bullpen is not great but Oakland's is in worse shape in my opinion, so give me the Halos at -1.5.
